Megan had her Spring Orchestra concert this week and did great! It was so fun for me to watch her! I'm glad that she has decided to continue with orchestra in middle school and hope that it is more challenging for her there!
Jacob's teacher sends home pictures once in a while, here are a few of him at school recently.
Katie got to go to Kindergarten Orientation this week. She was nervous at first but ended up having a great time! While the parents were in the cafeteria getting all sorts of boring information, the kids got to go with a kindergarten teacher to a classroom for a story and snack. She told me afterward that it was so fun, like getting 100 dog cuddles :) Then we got to take a bus ride with her!She is feeling more excited for kindergarten next year, and I'm glad that it will only be half day so I can still have her around! She recently discovered that she can write words like cat, rat, dog, etc. and is starting to read words like that once in a while, too. It's so much fun! Here is a picture she drew for me.
