The rest of the drive!

We had a wonderful weekend with family, first with Amy and Cody and their kids at their house, then with Grandma and Grandpa Perkins where we got to see Eric and Debbie and Emily with their kids!

At the Hirschi's--hanging out with cousins, Jon's birthday celebration, playing with puppies, and wiffle ball!

At Grandma and Grandpa's house--painting with Grandma and more cousin time!

The drive through Muncie--we stopped at the Boyce's house and saw Ryan then stopped at the vet to see Brother Boyce. We also stopped at the former Pete's Grocery, ate at Bruners (where Jon worked), and walked around the golf course near Jon's old house and enjoyed the fresh mulberries.

More driving . . . Katie was the only brave one to get out with Jon at Lake Erie because it was windy and cold. She also did her best to write down all the states while we sang the State Song!

And we made it! We went straight to our new house and showed the kids the outside, then walked around Kinns Road Park. That night we went to a park near our hotel and Jacob caught a huge goldfish before we realized that the pond was NOT for fishing! Oops! We love our temporary home at the Residence Inn in Latham and we are so happy to be HOME in NY!
