A new school year and glasses for Katie! Megan in 7th grade at Gowana Middle School, Jacob in 5th grade at Orenda Elementary with Mrs. Craig, and Katie in 1st grade at Orenda with Mrs. Wheeler.
Megan turned 13 and had a fun game-themed birthday party with lots of friends! They played Bunco and watched some Studio C and tried out Jon's VR. She also spent a lot of time making her book cake and it turned out great!
I went to Time Out for Women in Albany with some friends and had a great weekend.
October
Grandma and Grandpa Perkins came for General Conference weekend. We loved going on walks, playing at Six Flags, watching conference together, and working on projects with them. They also took some family pictures for us!
Halloween! Katniss Everdeen, Harry Potter, and a black cat!
November
Jon and Jacob went to Massachusetts for a BYU football game and had a great time meeting Cosmo and others at the tailgate party and watching the game together.
We went to the MiSci then the Holiday Parade in Schenectady to get into the Christmas Spirit!
Jeff and Savannah and Sage spent a night with us and we enjoyed an early Thanksgiving Dinner together. It was great to have time with cousins!
Then we went to NYC for Thanksgiving and got to see the Macy's parade live (on the COLD 19-21 degree morning!), visit Santa at Macys, and enjoy being in the city with the hustle and bustle of the holidays!
