Jacob is still having a great time in scouts. The pack visited the fire department this month and also enjoyed a nice Saturday hike.
Katie is enjoying her preschool, and we got to have it at our house this week! We did some kid yoga and lots of project with letters, including homemade play-doh and marshmallow-stick letters. The other night on my way to bed I found Katie in her doll pack-n-play on her bed trying to go to sleep covered by her rug. What a nut!
The Fall colors have been beautiful! Here is a little glimpse from a walk with Molly the other night. Molly is doing much better with her house training. She rings her bell to go outside all the time and hasn't had an accident for a couple weeks. She is also getting better at sleeping in her kennel at night without barking.
We had a really fun weekend in Hartford for the new temple open house then at Six Flags New England on the way home. We enjoyed bringing the kids through the temple then I got to be a tour guide while Jon and the kids swam at the hotel. And Six Flags was fun; It was all decked out for Halloween and even had some trick-or-treating.
The kids are adjusting more to school and Megan is at a playdate at a new friends house as I write this. We are very blessed and are enjoying our new home. It feels like we've been here so much longer than 4 months! It's been a busy year!
