Cakes and Birthdays!

Megan did a 4-H cake decorating class last week and made this cute cake! She might take a sewing class this summer. We are excited to learn about 4-H and get involved!

We had a fun Valentine's Day. Jacob and Dad got flowers and chocolate for me and candy and big mylar balloons for Megan and Katie. What sweet boys! We took Mandy on a walk around the green belt in Idaho Falls and had a good day.

Jacob was excited to decorate his birthday cake this year. He let Megan help with the details. He called it his worm cake once it was finished and was really excited that we let him cut it. He figured that it was because he is 7 now and can do more things. :) He got to pick his food for the day (our family birthday tradition) and this was the menu: Breakfast: Reese's Puffs Cereal, Lunch: Ramen, Dinner: Cheese Ravioli. He was so happy to have his favorite foods! His main birthday present was his lizard cage a few weeks ago. On his actual birthday Megan gave him a stuffed lion and we gave him a bug viewer. It was another good day.
